About me:
The NTACs have been tailgating in red lot 7A for Pitt home games since 2005 and are also the owners, writers and editors of www.pantherrants.blogspot.com Panther Rants is The Onion of Pitt Sports. Formerly a serious recruiting blog written by a serious recruiting writer, the site was taken over by mediocre bloggers that provide satire, sarcasm and anything but serious information. Everything on this site is tongue-in-cheek and is not meant for serious consumption.
The blog was obtained by the NTACs early in 2007 after it was left behind by long-time Pitt sports guru and Pittsburgh Sports Report writer Chris Dokish left it behind. We looked at the blog as an opportunity to have a larger audience for our silliness. So far the experiment has paid off, as nearly 19 people a week visit the blog and try to determine whether or not our mothers were smoking Marlboro reds or Winstons while they were pregnant with us.
The NTACs were initially formed in the spring of 2003 on Pantherlair.com's Locker Room board. The board would eventually be removed from the site because we were too crude, too vulgar and too entertaining. So a separate board was formed in Sept., 2003, where we played until personality conflicts caused the board to split in two separate boards in Aug. 2004.
