Say it as G. Dubya would: “Nu-cu-lar.” These Portland based, mutated popsters, Nucular Aminals, bring the zoo filled with Snailephants, Sea Leopards + Guinea Slugs to your door. It’s like a zoo out of a science-fiction novel… mutants scooting through the Arizona sand.
They sound like grumpy astronauts annoyed with the earth, ready to blast off. They are mad scientists, experimenting with the goo and ick of music, whining out positively perverse poetry and slithering song forms.
