I finally finished up a project I have been working on closely with my homie DJ Trippin' over the past few months. The idea was to take a handful of my freestyles, studio tracks, and b-sides I've recorded over the last year and combine them all to a 1 track mix. Hello, just passing thru to say that voting has now closed in the Kidz on Fire Worlds Most Hip Hop Breakfast Cereal poll. Competition between cereals has been fierce throughout although the real stars really shone through by the second bowl...

Second place went to Coco Pops giving the only serious competition to our eventual prize winner... Plenty of chocolaty goodness :-)
In first place, voted as the worlds most hip hop breakfast cereal, came Crunchy Nut Cornflakes! :-D This cereal works hard to entertain us with some phat flavours 24/7. Hats off to the dedicated support team at Kellogs, without them it would have never been possible.

Right now, it is it is almost.. IMPOSSIBLE for you not to see how strong rap has gotten it's it's like .... our our brothers and sisters, our youths, and some of our adults their ear is PINNED to rap music right now And if you really wanna get our message out and really wanna start teachin, we need to start doin that We we really need to start usin, our methods. The Last Poets did it with poetry .. .. even in our history from a ancient African civilization poets went from village to village And that's how, stories and messages and lessons were taught and so like you say, history repeats itself It it was, it was.. at it was, y'know obvious It was, pick it up, y'know? Bein the race that we are, bein the strong race that we are We picked it up, we picked up those positive, those positive vibes and we started rappin and so I think it is, it's a very good medium too
