With " obskur" one describes somewhat dark, dark and indistinct and reflects this term also the music in such a way again her produces. None already term coined/shaped by the scene is to be used for our song, rather a combination of different styles of fast and hard music. Thus the abilities and ideas of the individual members are the center of attention always. Based on the group of rhythms (Guido Blank - bass, Boris Flügel - drums) groovy structures by the voice and two guitars (Marco Schulz / Daniel Wamsler and Jan Laufmann) develop into a printingful whole merge. Vocaly (Leadvocals - Marco Schulz / Marvin Stange) are accompanied the straight self-compositions by death metal passages, in addition, the music offers place to vocalistic experiments. OBSKURA avail themselves not at the category-usual plates, but create music, which exists by play joy and precise handling of its instruments. Volume from the high north used up itself, the Metal and not without reason! Honest and emotional music, which induces one to move! Not to be confused with the Progressive-Death Metal Band Obscura from München ! ;) We are OBSKURA since 1993 !!! Mit "obskur" beschreibt man etwas düsteres, finsteres und undeutliches und so spiegelt dieser Begriff auch die Musik wieder die sie erzeugen. Kein bereits von der Szene geprägter Begriff soll für unsere Songs angewendet werden, vielmehr eine Kombination verschiedener Stile schneller und harter Musik. So stehen die Fähigkeiten und Ideen der einzelnen Mitglieder immer im Vordergrund. Basierend auf der Rhythmusgruppe (Guido Blank – Bass, Boris Flügel – Schlagzeug) entwickeln sich groovende Strukturen die durch die zwei Gitarren (Marco Schulz / Daniel Wamsler und Jan Laufmann) zu einer druckvollen Gesamtheit verschmelzen. Gesanglich (Leadvocals – Marco Schulz / Marvin Stange) werden die straighten Eigenkompositionen von death-metal-lastigen Passagen begleitet, aber auch vokalistischen Experimenten bietet die Musik Platz. OBSKURA bedienen sich nicht an den genre-üblichen Klischees, sondern kreieren Musik, die durch Spielfreude und präzise Handhabung ihrer Instrumente besteht. Eine Band aus dem hohen Norden, die sich dem Metal verschrieben hat und das nicht ohne Grund ! Ehrliche und emotionale Musik, die einen dazu bewegt, sich zu bewegen ! OBSCURA - Dream of peace
