Obsidian Seraph was concieved in early 2005. The theory behind the group was to form a band that was true to its metal roots, and also faithful to the apocalyptic lyrics which are steeped in many years of research and divination. Obsidian Seraph is one of the few bands from the Central Valley to have had their music showcased on 103.7 KRZR and 104.1 KFRR and we truly appreciate the support. The Obsidian Seraph has played such great local venues as The Crossroads, The Babylon, The Exit, Sanger Rec., The Wizard, Zaps Park, Reps, The Venue, and the historic Starline. Also in early 2009 Obsidian Seraph made history by becoming the first metal band ever to sell out the Starline.
