ODEI is the musical soulchild of four Connecticut artists. Conor Andrews, Jen Ackerly, Kenny Owens and Donny Pierro. With their own individual styles and musical reputations for working with other local musicians, the group collectively combined their musical visions to create the mystical project, ODEI.
The songs were written and arranged through majestic minds of Conor Andrews (guitar, vocals) and Jen Ackerly (rhodes, vocals). Together, with the help from New England's finest, Donny Pierro (bass) and Kenny Owens (drums), ODEI came to life. ODEI sonically seduces the listener, luring them to the deepest ocean floor of their subconscious, immediately, whisking them away, high up into the heavens to be warmed by the sun.
ODEI musically illustrates the wonderlust within a dream while revealing the nightmare of one's own mortality. The contrast of sounds mixing around in one large bowl is the perfect formula for one on the road to self discovery, and one day, enlightenment.
