In 2008 Maren Fritsche and Oliver Jahn met to enrich a vernissage with an appropriate concert.
This recital lead to a deep and sensuous musical symbiosis that was a moving and impressing experience for the audience.
Many successful shows followed this event.
In autumn, the flutist Stephan Hepper joined the group end completed the duo with his filigree and virtuosic style of playing.
Already in the following November, the group started to produce their first album "Relations".
Lately, the trio went to Egypt in spring 2009 and meet the genius Tass-Brothers and Ramy Samir to found an intercultural Jazz - World-music project.
After two days of rehearsals in the Studio 21 in Cairo they started their tour through the beautiful desert country.
They developed a special musical fusion through connecting the depth of Olmar with the jazzy arabic rhythms of the Tass Brothers and Ramy Samir - Olmars ambitious lyrics (William Blake, Oscar Wild etc. ) meet the light and impulsive grooves of the Tass Brothers and Ramy creating a music that makes you dance.
