As we are influenced by old New York stuff, we recorded our first demo tape which was sold out in a blink. Several energetic shows followed! We played crazy shows in little, lousy clubs far behind human civilisation, managed to play big shows with bands just like Ignite, Terror or Murphy’s Law, and we also did a lot of shows almost all over Germany!

After countless shows we recorded a four track 7" "MODERN TIMES" which will be released through DEMONS RUN AMOK in early may. it..s time to turn over a new leaf! We’re still influenced by New York-stuff, but we added our own style to this gourmet dish, stirred it really fast and now we are ready to serve it to the audience that already feels sated with modern heavy music! There is no reason for us to follow nowadays trends. We’re no oldschool band, we’re no newschool band and we do not care more about our sneakers than about our passion. We wanna play the music that we love in the way we love it! And we love it ROUGH! We love it HARD! We love it WILD! Always with a big piece of PMA in mind! If it does not reek of blood, sweat and tears, it’s not One On One.

Some of us are straight edge and some of us drink everything that is within reach. We are vegan or vegetarian and it is cool how it is! Our lyrics deal with problems and different situations of our own lives and they also deal with political and sociopolitical issues which became kinda rare these days. All you gotta do now is to move your fat ass to one of our shows near you! until then....STAY PUNK
