Oplin is a Drum and Bass/Dubstep producer and DJ hailing from just north of Seattle, WA. Oplin first started going to raves in Seattle around 99-00. Within the first party or two he walked into the DnB tent and has never left, realizing that he had found his new home.
With the goal of writing Drum and Bass, Oplin starting learning different music software. After 4 years of hardwork getting comfortable with the software, his production has finally garnered attention. His tunes (such as Tsunami and Midnight Bombing) have gained club support from DJ's on the Seattle Drum and Bass scene. DJ's such as Darwin, Dash, and Olcyrus have all spun his tunes out in their sets.
In the last year and a half Oplin has been able to take his love of Drum and Bass to another level. He has amassed a collection of vinyl and fullfilled his dream of DJing. He has recently made appearances at popular Drum and Bass nights at Onset and the Last Supper Club.
More recently Oplin has embraced the Dubstep sound into his repertoire. He has produced many Dubstep tunes that rival his Drum and Bass style.
