    New album from ORPHAN HATE: "Attitude+Consequences" Straight, strong and stable: A band's development from insider tip to big player has rarely been so evident as with Berlin based Alternative Metal band ORPHAN HATE. They hit the European music scene in 2004 and became best known for their intense live shows. Their debut album "Blinded by Illusions" (2008) was heavily acclaimed by fans and critics. Countless club concerts and festival appearances (e.g. at the polish Woodstock, Europe's biggest festival with 300.000 visitors) allowed them to play shows with genre greats like Amorphis, Die Apokalyptischen Reiter, Rage and Papa Roach. Constantly developing but always with a clear direction: Straight ahead! The songs of their 2nd album "Attitude+Consequences" (2012) sound like a big kick in the ass. More hard-line, more powerful, more honest. The quintet shows an extraordinary sense for catchy songs and big chorusses, without chuming up with mainstream music. Lead vocalist Sina Niklas shouts, growls and sings her heart out to feature that unmistakable sound of ORPHAN HATE. From the very first tone of the album there is no doubt that the band was able to carry over their convincing live playing spirit into the studio. The album was produced by Kristian "Kohle" Kohlmannslehner (Crematory) in his famous "Kohlekeller Studio" in Seeheim. Kristian casted the energy of the five musicians into a powerful sound that makes the straight forward compositions sound even more driving. Every single bar proves the tough musical stock the band members are of. Mutz Hempel of DRONE appears as a guest musician on the record and brings along some spicy flavor. This album is the band's actual debut! Fans of Scandinavian greats like In Flames and Soilwork as well as those of American giants Stonesour and Disturbed should definitely check out ORPHAN HATE's "Attitude+Consequences". Alternative Metal with striking lyrics and overwhelming power yet catchy and approachable. Listen to it!

Since Orphan Hate was newly formed in 2004 around vocalist Sina Niklas, the band has been playing their modern version of Melodic Thrash- and Deathmetal while still experimenting with progressive pop song melodies.

Being technically and musically at the highest stage the quintet is creating powerful songs in their own style that especially on stage know how to persuade. – Thanks to Orphan Hates explosive live-show and their convincing woman in front. Without appearing less feminine Sina Niklas grunts, screams and sings while outpacing many of her male competitors.

Due to their ambitious and hard work and most of all their great quality on stage the band was able to tour in Russia and Poland and had more than 150 gigs in Germany within the last few years. Of course, this led to a steadily growing group of fans.

After 4 demos Orphan Hate went to the „Freakwave Studio“ to record their debut album. With its 14 songs and a runtime of 55 minutes „Blinded by Illusions“ has got everything to persuade the rest of the metal world of the bands quality. Fans of In Flames, Arch Enemy, Fear Factory, Nevermore and of course Stone Sour would get ones money worth for buying this album.

„Blinded by Illusions“ is released in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. And of course for payable download on every known commercial download portal like itunes and napster.
