Overloaded is a raw Detroit band that most people would love to find out about. However, a majority of record labels would stereotypically say that Overloaded has a style of music that has "already been done", and exhibits a talent level that has already been surpassed by backing tracks and special effects. It's shamefully typical that these same gossip vomiting fakes that destroyed the record industry in the first place consult TMZ, Rock of Love, and $800 handbags to find out what's cool. Worse yet, Overloaded gave into the notion that these people were all powerful and we're worth the time to impress...ultimately destroying the band.
Overloaded's goal used to be focused on writing songs that inspired the common "loser" and alcoholic working man.Perhaps there will be a day when Overloaded will return to their instruments, and write songs that inspire nights of blowing money, endless drinking and spousal prostitution. Or perhaps maybe there is no room for Overloaded's music with the truly awesome and original, newer than ever, never heard anything like it bands of today.
You guys owe me at least one gig. :( Damn it, I had such high hopes Overloaded would "overload" the European mainland with great Heavy Metal. Still, I'm grateful for the music and will play it as often as possible.
Any chance of getting back together later? Or hasn't this been decided yet? Or is the split definitive?

Well since we couldn't be there last night, Jen and I wore our Overloaded tshirts with pride. We love you guys and will miss the band! Can't wait to see what you all have instore for the future.

The very first time I heard "Feelin Overloaded" will always have a special place in my memories and in my heart.... the hot off the press, almost final studio mix, played at a house party... What a jam!! What a fuckin ANTHEM!!! Everyone rockin out jumping on the sofas and tables, and around that stripper pole!! LOL Good times, guys.

I wouldn't miss this show for the world. Kimmie and I will be there. No fucking snow is going to stop us. It's a hike for us.....but, no bother. WTF is the world going to do with no Overloaded? When Overloaded is over...I will die a little inside. :(

i must confess, I am lucky and greatful to one day tell my children of the old Detroit. A detroit were it was Rock and Roll every night. A detroit were the bands became your friends. A detroit were the talent was to vast to even have a favorite band. A time were rock and roll was about the party and the music, not the dollar!
