Dj Overule, ou Bruno Castro, iniciou-se no Djing em 1996 com apenas 15 anos.
Foi a ouvir o “Repto” de José Mariño na Antena 3 que Bruno descobriu a sua paixão pelo Hip Hop e pouco depois cria os 7pm, uma banda na qual se viria a tornar Dj e Mc. Com Madflava, um dos elementos dos 7pm, cria outro projecto, os Dartefaders. Com os 7pm lança um álbum que vence o prémio “Musica Nova 99 – Prémios Maqueta 99” e uma mixtape com o projecto Dartefaders que lhe traria vários convites para participar em registos discográficos de outros artistas, nomeadamente no álbum “Patrástoplay” dos Matozoo, na compilação “RokaForte”…
Em 2001 concorre á iniciativa Demo Club da Dance Club e é um dos vencedores com os seus inegáveis skill´s.
A sua carreira de Dj cresce rapidamente e, em pouco tempo, Overule torna-se um dos mais requisitados DJ´s do género. Com uma agenda cheia, Overule corre Portugal de lés a lés e actua também no estrangeiro, além disso mantém residências em clubs nacionais como o Hit Club, Vogue e Vaticano.
Em 2004 Overule estende os seus dotes á rádio com o seu mixshow, “Pump Up The Volume”, que era inicialmente transmitido na Nova Era. No ano seguinte, o mixshow ganha asas e passa a ser emitido em mais oito frequências e a estar disponível online em www.pumpupthevolumeradio.blogspot.com
Pelo trabalho que desenvolve durante o ano de 2004, Dj Overule consegue uma dupla nomeação nos Dance Club Awards nas categorias de Dj Revelação e Melhor Dj Nacional Hip Hop. No ano seguinte continuaria a ser nomeado na categoria de Melhor Dj Nacional Hip Hop.
2006 foi um ano recheado para Overule com o convite para participar no álbum dos Expensive Soul, “Alma Cara”, e com o seu projecto ao vivo com Virgul, Mc dos Da Weasel, que enriqueceu ainda mais a sua agenda de actuações.
Para 2007 Overule tenciona lançar a sua própria editora bem como um estúdio de produção e gravação.

Considered to many people, as one of best R&B/Hip Hop Portuguese DJ´s. The year of 2005 was fantastic for Dj Overule. Nominated in 2 categories of Dance Club Awards - DJ Revelation in 2004 and Best National Hip Hop Dj. 2005 was the year where its tour along side whit Dj Madflava – The Dartefaders Summer Tour, was a true success during all the summer and took him to perform along side whit names such as “World Famous Croocklyn Clan – Dj Riz and Dj SizzaHands (NYC – USA)”, Dj Cut killer (Paris); Dj Abdel (Paris); Dj Poska (Paris); Dj Motiv8 (of the Black Eyed Peas); between many many others... It was equally the year where Overule participated whit Junior and New Max (Expensive Soul), on a OST for one of the biggest´s portuguese celular phone companies - TMN.
In this current year, his again nominated for Dance Club Awards as Better National Hip Hop Dj , started a new live project along side Whit Mc Virgul (of Da Weasel) and participates in the new album of Expensive Soul. In spite of its excessively filled agenda of live performances in the besttest National and European Club's, Overule still manages form to carry through its weekly Radio Show Pump Up the Volume, transmitted in more than 10 National Radios and monthly in the InterNet in the website http://www.pumpupthevolumeradio.blogspot.com reaching more than 5000 monthly downloads.
