Comedian, actor, musician, champion semi-pro wrestler, and all-around Renaissance Man, Owen Straw is a Seattle legend. He brings an amazing low-level energy and deceptive intelligence to his absurdist jokes, easily conquering every audience he steps in front of.
In 2009, Owen made his television debut on the Emmy nominated children’s series "Biz Kid$," studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade, performed at the Hollywood Improv, released the debut single for his band the Bill Collectors, and appears in the chaotic live sportstravaganza, World Extreme Pencil Fighting Championships as color commentator Don "Beauty" Rumble.
Owen has tooled around in various bands, plunking out a handful of singles on DIY punk labels like Puke and Jonny Cat Records. He also performs for the cult-hit SSP(Seattle Semi-Pro) Action Caberet, as featured in the Seattle Times and Wall Street Journal.
