Those cheeky red cherries have been at it again- lining up an artist ensemble set to revolutionise your Saturday Night out. Pure Pacha is all about the dancing itch, musical glitch, glamour, aspiration and escapism, defining an unprecedented quality club night. This July 18th, Pure Pacha steals a moment away from the White Isle to present a sexy smattering of the world’s best bring-bringers for one extravagant night of sultry summer bliss in London.
Never one to shy away from making a noise, Pure Pacha presents D. Ramirez, The Hoxton Whores , I:AM DJ’s and a special reunion set from the Ninja Cowboys; an unquestionable bevy of the electronic artists catching ears and moving feet around the world with slick live sets and sound productions.

D. Ramirez is one of those artists truly wired to the machine. His presence in the dance music industry has seen him become the iconic silver soldier of electronic music, exploding onto the scene and taking clubland by storm many moons ago. Ramirez is known for his penchant for firey electro and razor sharp productions, which when unleashed on unassuming dancefloors around the world, causes body riots that fill the D with glee. His slick deliverance and precision mixing give him an entertainer’s licence behind the decks and make him one to check on the live experience list of discerning clubbers and music lovers.
Ramirez was awarded Best Remix and Best Producer in DJ Magazine’s 2007 awards and 2006 saw him knighted as a Player Of The Year in iDJ. Tracks like Columbian Soul’, ‘Time Fades Away’, ‘Pleasure Me’ and ‘La Discotek’ reached top chart spots and have been championed by the biggest dj’s in the game. A new chapter in his sound assault, Ramirez’s recent studio move has inspired an audio rejuvenation. His latest sets have seen him chunk up his soundscape with the tough-talking, deep house and techno sounds currently shaking the shingles of the dance music industry. The Hoxton Whores are Britain’s electronic- musical equivalent to the Union Jack. Having toured extensively through the UK, Europe and the borders beyond, they unequivocally boast an energetic, positive and responsive progressive dance sound, which has seen them collaborate and remix with some of the best including Deep Dish, Faithless, Moloko and Todd Terry. Over the past decade they’ve owned the Beatport charts and embarked on a round trip to stamp the world with their Whore House sound. They always bring it back home and give their Big Smoke audience a solid dose of the Hoxton spirit they set them off in the first place.

The I:AM Dj’s burst onto the London scene in 2007 and have been making worthy soundwaves both behind the decks and in studio. Pledging a fresh breed of electronic artistry, their silky production skills and uplifting dj sets have put them front and centre as one of the most exciting acts in electronic music right now. Their music is being played as far afield as LA, France, Germany and Portugal, and receiving a double thumbs up from the likes of Dubfire, D. Ramirez and Seamus Haji. I:AM DJ’s made their Miami WMC debut earlier this year and seriously set the stage for things to come.
// Ninja Cowboys
The Ninja Cowboys are the powerful merger of Cozzie D, Johnny Mikes and Mark Storie, and came to life through a long term residency at the Kidology club nights at Aka. The trio set up Dirtbag Records and flung out a host of too hot for words tracks that set them on worldwide adventures into the electronic abyss and playing alongside the cream of the underground electronic crop. All three rock incredibly sound solo careers and reform the faction now and then when planets collide. The Ninja Cowboys get on their horses and come together again for another loud thrashing and a whole lot of Yee-ha especially for Pure Pacha this July!

As you already know, The GOLDFISH crew have been running events in underground venues all over London for the past five years. We ve packed out boats on the Thames, warehouses, roof terraces and house parties.
Overshadowed by our own success and an understanding that nobody can keep a juicy secret, we ve moved on to bigger venues such as Ministry of Sound and Matter where our eclectic mix of electro, pop and disco have always left ravers wanting more. Now rather than to change venue every time, we ve secured a monthly slot at the magnificent Pacha London.
This month we have the truly awesome Rachel Harvey and party supremo Carlo Scarpelli heading the line-up alongside our own prolific resident DJ Cesar Ruiz who has made a name for himself all across South America and is now providing the International flavour to GOLDFISH. Twilo returns for episode number 7 of 12. This month we welcome Nicholas Cuer to deliver a truely inspirational set taking elements from the soul era and combining them with the contemporary electronic sound that is sweeping Europe
He is an expert in classic Chicago House and Detroit Techno. He gained this expertise first as a fervent record buyer at SoulWax branch, where he later started working behind the counter. It was the heyday of labels like Prescription and Relief, the time for soulful house music, which still can be heard in his sets today.
"My heart is beating for the early Chicago-Detroit-Techno and for music that feels similar and transports this feeling into today. Generally, I like producers who cordially follow their feeling and who work on a personal style which rather caters for longeivity, than a momentary kick. So what better way to continue that feeling than to celebrate the summer in style with the world’s latest phenomenon and most exciting live electronica acts you will witness this year, GOLDFISH!
Fresh from headlining across the globe, we invite you to watch Pacha explode as they bring their incendiary multi-instrument live act to the stage. With sold-out shows from Ibiza to Tokyo, from Dubai to Cannes, they’ve been laying down their unique sound all over the world. Playing alongside electronic giants such as Fatboy Slim, Paul Oakenfield, Basement Jaxx, Paul van Dyke, Pete Tong and Calvin Harris plus many more, these guys have been hailed as the re-invention of the DJ!
Combining live instruments like Double bass, Saxophones, Flute, and Keyboards with Vocals, Samplers, Effects, Synths and a healthy dollop of freeform improvisation, Goldfish have hit a nerve on dance floors across the world. Finally, they bring you Filth & Splendour. This fast paced London DJ duo has been steadily smashing the dance floor at Pacha London for over a year now. They know what you want and how you want it. Renowned for their passionate love of all things house & techno, they mix things up to bring the house down. Recently showcased on Kiss 100FM, they’re being touted as one’s to watch by DJs and the press alike. Now lining up the 5th release on their already impressive imprint - Itch Records, they’ve agreed to host the global room and bring you some of their own favorite DJs for your aural pleasure. Each one is handpicked for their indomitable talent and much loved style.

Michael is one of the most respected and in-demand artists currently on the global dance music scene. The accomplished Producer, DJ and remixer has enjoyed extensive success alongside Jon Pearn as world renowned production and remix duo Full Intention; more recently however, it has been his solo productions, remixes and DJing that have had dance floors rammed around the world (you have all heard his anthem - The Weekend).
2009 is already shaping up to be another huge year for Michael with remixes for The Priors, collaborations with Richard Dinsdale, Paul Harris, and the Shapeshifters as well as being back in the studio with Jon Pearn for the first time in 5 years! After the massive success of the Pacha residency launch, the bar has been raised and an expectant crowd awaits. We've searched far and wide and have hand picked a star studded line up to bring you 7 hours of musical bliss, with the icing on the cake being our international superstar guest, Alex Gaudino.
"Destination Calabria" is the single that elevated Alex to the level of his data label mates Eric Prydz and Fedde Le Grand but this immense success was the culmination of years of tireless effort, inspired productions and phenomenal DJ sets. His back catalogue of productions, collaborations, remixes and releases read like a who's who of house music.

If you don’t know Seamus you surely know his UK chart hits ‘Last night the DJ saved my life’ and not forgetting Rhiannas ‘Umbrella’ remix. Timmy Vegas alongside Andy ward make up ‘Soul central’ previously enjoying chart success with ‘strings of life’.
