COOKING:My interest in cooking has high and low points. Right now its on a high. I think it comes from having to cook when wife has to work late and I don't enjoy cooking the everyday normal stuff unless I can reinvent it a little. I cooked an AWESOME roast with an Italian twist about a month ago and now I'm back on the cooking trail. Would love to start and own my own restaurant but its a scary venture with no experience in the biz. Considering working part time in a swanky place I know to get that experience. Would love to attend Culenary School to be able to say I did it.
POLITICS: I probably have an unhealthy interest in politics. I can get caught up in the Presidential and even state and local elections. I think people really need to consider and think before they vote, not just vote according to a Party (even though I'm a registered republican). There is a moral Right and a moral Wrong in this life and certain party platform's do not hold to those things that are morally right thereby their candidate (who won't cross party lines or platforms) may look good (even morally right), but his/her backing and support will dictate much of his/her decisions.

This Album is free to anyone in Southern Maryland for the asking. It is a compilation CD of various artists. I have two songs and a devotional recorded on the album. Jimmy Passwaters (On of my top myspace friends) is on the album and can be heard on his myspace. Butch Hunt of Hunt Ford in La Plata attends F3 Church and performs a couple of songs he wrote on the album.
