Influences
As a recording artiste I have been influence in some way by the following artiste listed in the picture slide below. There work has been one of power strength and lyrical quality that is above the average artiste on the music scene for years.. I look forward to be as influential as they are on many who will follow my development as one of Jamaica most colourful artiste.

Rohan "AKA PATEXX" Rankine
One of the Hottest up coming DJ " Any Day Now! " was born in York District, St Thomas, Jamaica west Indies. Patexx gives respect and Love for the music fraternity.
Patexx has been doing his thing in the field of music for over fifteen years but most would remember the days of playing music using his desktop computer and two little speaker boxes he made. Even so the parties on the corner would be sold out with patron wanting to hear the latest tunes as he was always loaded with new mixes.
His career as an artiste went up and down as no real guidance was given to him with the creative talent that he had until one day his now Manager Fazel A Huie "AKA Dj FazZ" encourage him to stop trying to play music and go and write songs.
He took up the challenge and started writing again and on December 2006 he recorded a christmas single that never went far as DJ Kenny indicated that "he was a Pepper light Bad man in the song". Anyway this did not discourage him as he wrote more and more songs but still did not get a hit.
It was in the second quater of 2007 that he did a remix of Rihanna Umbrella song calling it Angella that a number of persons started to hear of him. The song quickly spread across USA , Canada and the Uk but locally he also enjoyed some playing time by a number of local selectors.
The wait is over! The highly anticipated sophomore project from Reggae dancehall artist No Phear entitled “I stand alone” is now available on all digital download sites such as ITunes, Emusic, Rhapsody and Amazon. The first single entitled “Zion’s Gate” is an excellent body of work guaranteed to move your soul. The entire project is an eclectic mix of riddims that is sure to please everyone!
