For an artist at the start of a career, his hard-earned years on the road already shine through with a comfortable attitude on and off stage. This isn't a musician by trade, this is someone who makes music because they have to. And even though any school dropout needs a back-up plan, 300,000 kilometers of touring behind the wheel of his van will hopefully secure some type of driving career for Pat if things don't pan out.
He's born and bred in Windsor, Ontario, the city of roses and the automotive capitol of Canada. His neighbours to the north in Detroit, Michigan paved the way for what is rock and soul music today. Pat's brand of music doesn't quite showcase the sound of Motown Detroit, but it's got the soul and spirit to measure up. He doesn't tour with a band or record with one. He prefers to keep the decisions and performances up to himself, and he's still able to paint a landscape with a song as if a hundred people had given their advice.
Pat has opened doors, with the help of a few valued friends along the way, that people continue to knock on their whole lives. He's had a few pats on the back from respectable artists along the way, too, including Peter Frampton, Sam Roberts, Matthew Good, The Beach Boys & Bob Rock.
Check out a show next time he's near your city. Even if it's a bit of a drive, chances are it is for Pat too!
His latest effort, "TWO FORTY EIGHT", was released in September 2008.

Thanks for such an awesome show in Toronto, cant wait for the next one! Will be waiting patiently for the new CD. Speaking of which, bring more to your shows. Now I have to let my friend go back to Africa without a copy of Two-forty Eight ('cause I'm not gonna part with mine, friendship has it's limits!
Have fun at the Shores of Erie Festival - it's a great time, if a bit surreal. It reminds me of some of the Windsor Corn Fest's, Octoberfest's, etc. that I went to in my youth (I'm from the area) but instead of lots of OV, it's bottles of wine under the arm ....
Ok Ladies this is the Guy you have waited for all your Life and He Has Waited for You.....This is your chance to Grab the Brass Ring, Get the Prize From the Top Shelf, Kiss The Prince. Yes BMooreLive is all that and a Bag of Chips.... Don't be at the Airport when your Ship Comes in.

That was a great set at The Supermarket. Soul-filled vocals, warm acoustic playing, a breezy atmosphere that evokes that singer-songwriter spirit. Excellent turn out as well.
