ENGLISH BIO ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Paul Cayrol started Djing more than 10 years ago in Montpellier, France. He revealed himself with a 4 years residency in LA DUNE, one of the biggest and best club in south a france, where he played among all the biggest electronic music star, sharing the decks with david Guetta, Laurent Garnier, Erick Morillo, Masters at works and many more.... In the Mean time, he released under the name of Da Funky System his first EP, FANTASTIC LA, playlisted by artist such Fatboy Slim, reached the number 1 rank in south america charts and France TOP 50 sales. In 2007, he is recruited to launch a new club in Shanghai, Lounge 18, on the famous Bund Area. One year Later, L18 is twice elected Shanghai Best Club and Bar. Besides his residency, after few releases with Da Funky System, he signed in 2008 on famous french label TWIST MY DJ and released "PERCEPTION", getting many support all around the world, and appeared on PACHA IBIZA 08 OFFICIAL COMPILATION In 2009, Paul joined Shanghai Music Society, with a new residency in Notorious BAR ROUGE Shanghai. His Electro house anthem , "JUST A DREAM", with American Singer Emilie Chick , appears on SMS First Compilation. In 2010, Paul is starting a new project in Casablanca, Morocco, with a Bar and a Club. Opening in October 2010. Meanwhile, new productions are coming with the release of "diskorecord" on Twist My DJ Records and "Estrella", already supported by Many artist ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// FRENCH BIO ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// DJ, Graphiste, Producteur, Paul se promene derriere des platines ou un ecran depuis plus de 10 ans maintenant. Originaire du sud de la France, il se distingue tout d'abord principalement a Montpellier, a La Dune, s'y aguerissant pendant 4 ans et partageant ainsi l'affiche avec les plus grands noms de la scene electronique internationale. Il commencera ensuite a s'exporter, jouant un peu partout dans le sud, cumulant quelques residences et quelques organisations de soirees, tout en sortant ses premiers bootleg, resolument funky house, avec Da Funky System. En 2007, Paul lance un nouveau projet, a Shanghai, ou il partage son temps entre une residence dans le nouveau club en vogue de la ville, sur le Bund, le Lounge18, tout juste elu meilleur Bar de shanghai, et la production avec la sortie de "PERCEPTION" sur Twist My DJ Records, avec des remix de Philippe B himself et Laurent Pepper, compile sur la COMPILATION OFFICIELLE DU PACHA IBIZA SUMMER 08 .. En 2009, Paul rejoint le label Asiatique Shanghai Music Society avec la sortie de la track JUST A DREAM feat. EMilie Chick et une nouvelle residence au BAR ROUGE shanghai ! 2010 marque un nouveau depart avec le lancement d'un nouveau projet au Maroc, Le Cabestan, a Casablanca. Dans le meme temps, les productions s'enchainent avec la sortie de Diskorecord sur TWIST MY DJ Records, prevu en automne, et ESTRELLA, deja supporte et joue par de nombreux artistes. -
