I am a 32 year old drummer/ percussionist living in Cary, NC. I’ve got a beautiful wife and two great children that I devote most of my time to. I’ve also got a passion for music, performing, and teaching. My education includes a Bachelors of Arts in Percussion Performance from Virginia Tech. and a Masters of Music in Studio Jazz Drumming from the University of Miami. I have been fortunate to study with some great musicians including Howard Curtis, Dr. John Floyd, Chip McNeil, Steve Bagby, and Steve Rucker. I can be found playing music at weddings, private parties, restaurants, and various other venues around the Raleigh area.
I can also be found at Cornerstone Presbyterian Church on Sundays at 10:30am playing with the praise band.

Blue Concept was featured at the Winston Salem Jazz Co-op in June of 2008. I’ve also been honored to play for various public figures including John Edwards and a private party for President George Bush and Pat McCrory in Raleigh, NC.
