Ok, Interest....lately I've been snowboarding....starting, learning. I'm getting better, but there's still a long way to go. Other then that I love to take photographs. I think I'm getting better at it too. But I just mostly snap. I haven't really spent time seriously studying the ins and outs of it. I have ideas and stuff...but mostly for now I go with what I see. Ok, I am underplaying that a little, I don't just snap, I do know how to use photoshop. I can actually do some basic alterations on pictures, and I print my own pictures and stuff. I do know a little bit of the basic functions on my brother's Canon Rebel. I'll am getting better eventually, but I need to focus on getting good with acting and filmmaking. Other interests really is wide and far. I love to travel, I just don't get that many opportunities to do so now. I need to stick around LA for all the auditions I can get. I also like to dabble a little on my computer on programs like illustrator. I also run my own website for the most part, though my bro wrote the script, I maintain it. I do some design stuff here and there for posters and fliers for my own productions and for my church. I like to design here and there, but not a professional by any means. I just do it, and I enjoy it. Aside from work related interest, I love the ocean. I love going to the beach, but just don't have that much time to do it...and the gas money...and the traffic...yikes. I try to go, as much as I could. But I also go hiking too in the summer. I actually do a lot of things by myself. In fact it's very common for me to do that, I am a very solo person, probably by necessity. I like to hang with people, but then I'm usually freer during the week then on the weekends. Most of my friends here are the opposite. My professional friends tend to live a little farther, on the west side of town, making it a little hard to just go out and hang.
Music
MY MUSIC!!!!! Contemporary (Classical) music. That's what I eat, sleep and breath. I mean this spills over a little to film scoresque music at times. And yes, I do listen to a ton of alternative rock, Christian rock and other stuff occasionally. I do listen to the radio, and it's not always on a classical station...it's actually rarely on one because I hate listening to them in my car...it destroys the music....the engine noise and all...Well, these are my favorite contemporary composers: Chen Yi, John Adams, Philip Glass, Frank Ticheli (my former teacher), Anlun Huang, Tan Dun, Michael Daugherty, and a few others. Some of the 20th century composers I love who have left us: Messiaen, Copland, Gershwin and Ligeti.
Movies
Are you kidding me....I practically like everything I watch. Well, that used to be true. After doing a lot of movie critiquing on the radio, I find myself scrutinizing movies a whole lot more. Oh well, that's a good thing. Some of my favorite movies: Momento, Seven, LOTR, Good will hunting, Moulin Rouge, Pirates of the Caribbean, Crash, Pride and Prejudice (the new one), Chicago, World trade center, Infernal Affairs (not so much the Departed), Elf, Zoolander, Fifth Element, Braveheart, Passion of the Christ, and a ton more. Way too many to list. These are just off the top of my head. I do like a lot of movies, despite critiquing them
Television
TV...what's in the world is that? Alright you got me...here's what I watch during the year when the shows are on, or I rent from Netflix. 24, Heroes, Ugly Betty, Lost, House, Stargate SG-1, Battlestar Galatica, Stargate Atlantis, Bones, Standoff, Desperate Housewife, Greg's Anatomy, Simpsons, American Dad, South Park, Family Guy, Justice, Entourage, reruns of a ton of stuff including I love lucy, Will and Grace, Friends, Fraiser, Sienfield Occasionally, Futurama, Arrested Development and Just shoot me. And then there are those shows I used to watch the re-runs of, but it's hard to find now: Yes, Dear, Dharma and Greg, X Files, hmmm...and stuff I don't remember. Reality shows, yeah, I do watch some of them here and there. I'll list those and other programming that are non-fiction shows here too: Anthony Bourdan No Reservation, Top Chef, Actor's Studio, America's Top Model, Mythbuster, O'Reilly Factor and various FOX News shows, What not to wear, Trading spaces, Extreme home makeover, Project Runway, and a bunch more shows on TLC, Travel, Discovery, Bravo, Comedy Central...Well, these are the ones that stand out right now. I know I'm forgetting stuff...but then you can't blame me, I watch too much TV
Books
I don't read...books at least. I read scripts, and I read the newspaper, I read books that tells me how to do things...like books on acting and books on film making...So I guess I do read. I do read the bible...not as much as I would like to. I read my own writing. I guess I do read...just not novels. I still have not finished reading even the first book of LOTR...that's how bad I am.

About me: Visit www.paulkwo.com and you'll know more about me.
Also visit a project I've been working on at www.sermonproject.org.
I'm an actor, composer, director, pianist, writer among other things. Those are the three main things I do. I am focusing though right now to build my acting career. The other two I do to keep alive and make connections. I also write (mostly scripts), and I direct (mostly my own projects). I also teach piano....to make ends meet. I then dabble in a lot of other little things that I really shouldn't be wasting this space for. Well, just read my bio at www.paulkwo.com. All my music and and pictures and a ton of other things are on there.
Recent stuff, I did a small supporting role for two indie films. I also shot a couple more students and booked a few regional and internet commercials. I'm doing alright.

eh? i see you are already my friend! ha. hey... i apologize for not mentioning you for the show in beijing... i didn't have your contact info!! now i do. -____- whenever something comes up again... i'll call/kwontact you. hahaha
Your friend that posted before me is right. This is the most time consuming habit you will develop. I advise that you flee while you can, no good can come of this. I once advocated against myspace, now I am a poster child for myspace addiction. How many cliches can you use in one post? Other than that, how is it going?
Yeah, but now you're on Myspace, and you're already showing signs of Myspace addiction. Soon, your real friends in real life won't matter anymore. Only your Myspace friends will matter to you, and you'll long for their approval. Welcome to the abyss.
See you soon.
