Natalie Powers may be a new name to some but her impressive career has already spawned a string of worldwide success. Natalie's first taste of stardom came at an early age when she landed principal roles in the West End productions of Starlight Express and Tommy. She later went on to perform on Top of The Pops, CD:UK and the Pepsi Chart as lead vocalist of the all singing, all dancing pop group Scooch, who went on to have four massive hit singles and an album, toured extensively around the Arenas and Nightclubs of the UK and even had a taste of success in Japan and Australia.
Scooch split in 2000 leaving Natalie to concentrate on a solo career in the dance arena. Working with Almighty Records, Natalie scored two massive club hits 'Music To My Heart' and 'Unchained Melody' along with a number of compilation album tracks. Natalie later went on to feature on a string of hit singles as a session and backing vocalist, as well as turning her hand to coaching students in vocal skills. In 2007, Scooch reunited to represent the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest with the track 'Flying The Flag (For You)'. The single, with its flight attendant theme, stormed up the charts around the world and propelled Scooch into global media fame. Now ready to re-launch her solo career, Natalie is recording a new album in her own style. The first single 'Shattered Glass' is ready for release and showcases a new disco-pop direction for Natalie's sound. We look forward to you joining us on the next leg of the journey...
