my deceased Grandfather and Grandmother, Angelo and Carmella Trocino, who came over on the boat in the 20's, arranged marriage, saw the Statue of Liberty, became great citizens of the USA, and settled in Oelwein, Iowa with many other Italians on the west side of town, worked for the railroad but also farmed a few acres, and man, the food, gotta love that food, and the heritage and legacy they left behind. I miss them both so much.
About me:
I was born and raised in Kansas City, MO, and moved to Wichita to be with a great woman I met right here on myspace. I am a poet, a lyricist, songwriter, musician and singer. I am an avid fan of music and love to watch live bands in a bar setting preferably. I love people and people watching. I have been many things in my lifetime from a DJ, to a cameraman and videotape editor, narrator, and also a salesman for many , many years. I am coming out of a self imposed shell after a few bad years following a divorce, and life is always unexpected but we grow and learn from those things that happen to us , right? I thought so.
Who I'd like to meet: honest, free spirited people who feel lost in these times, and who love music and poetry. All the lonely people where do they all come from?
