Thomas Strønen (born 1972) is founder and leader of the Norwegian/British band FOOD, with British sax player Iain Ballamy. Food is now a duo (from being a quartet with Mats Eilertsen and Arve Henriksen) and also invite musicians to join in.
Nils Petter Molvær, Jan Bang and Christian Fennesz has played recently. Working on Foods 6th record now, with Fennesz and Molvær.
Humcrush ia a duo with keyboardist Ståle Storløkken (and sometimes Sidsel Endresen) The ECM recording group Parish is with ace Swedish pianist Bobo Stenson, Fredrik Ljungkvist and Mats Eilertsen.
Pohlitz (Rune Grammofon) is a percussion/ electronics project completely without
drums, with focus on details and melodic elements.
Strønen also writes music for string quartet and fall 2007, pohlitz performed his own compositions for string quartet ( Mr. McFalls Chamber) and percussion/ electronics at different venues in UK to celebrate Edvard Grieg. A new band with Tore Brunborg, John Taylor and Anders Jormin will do a recording in 2009.

Nam Ai is a traditional tune from Vietnam, here in a version by The Six Tones played on Dan Bau, Dan Tranh and 10-string guitar.
