One of my favorite live bands talking about one of my favortie bands. Portishead, i never get tired of watching their live dvd in NY. Good stuff. Ive seen you guys numerous times in my city and around texas. I remember this one San Antonio show; my cousin almost passed out! Hardcore music in a suffocating hot atmosphere. Thats one we'll never forget. Good times.
every time you release a new record, i wear it out. to me, each one of them represent a timeline of my life.. you've always been there. no matter how hard things seem to get, i can always find solace in your music. pretty much every note in the tropic rot effects me in some way. just wanted to say thanks, and i hope you're all well.
What's the normal time getting over a few ptw shows? Still can't shut up about how amazing those last three UK shows were! "PTW this and that blah blah, Rise Against ...who?" You guys definitely got yourself a new fan! Next step: to ditch spotify, buy some albums and hopefully one day be attending a headlining show where the rest of the crowd will also go crazy!!
Seeing PTW has played in Sweden a few times, fingers crossed for a Finland date on next Europe tour.
What I wanted to say is that I was disappointed for seeing you play for such a short time at Brixton Academy. I think you should headline an European tour, giving an opportunity for the fans who appreciate your work to see a more extensive set.
I love Versions, which I consider to be a very rich album instrumentally, and with the adequate atmosphere could work really well live.
