La Polena Records nasce nel 2004 per dare una svolta personale alla divulgazione del messaggio musicale infatti, il primo passo è stato quello di promuovere party legati alla coesione tra musica e spettacolo, così da creare intorno a sé un punto di sperimentazione costante nel quale promuovere le proprie produzioni. La Polena Records promuove e pubblica i seguenti generi musicali: PROGRESSIVE, TRANCE, PSYCHEDELIC TRANCE, TECHNO and CHILL OUT.

Polena Records produces and trades electronic music, as its creativity expression. Born in 2004, Polena Records tries to impress music culture with its philosophy. Our first experiences were trance parties aimed to fuse show and music. Overtime we have become a sort of "experimentation lab", where to develop and carry on our musical idea. Polena Records intent is increasing people interest for PROGRESSIVE, TRANCE, PSYCHEDELIC TRANCE, TECHNO and CHILL OUT music.

La Polena Records fonda e lavora le proprie produzioni musicali all’interno dello studio di registrazione “Millennium Studio”, nato nei primi anni 90 nel quale hanno lavorato anche grandi artisti della scena elettronica. Lo studio è dotato di strumentazioni professionali adeguate alla creazione audio digitale.

Polena Records products are tuned in "Millennium Studio", born in the early 90's. Thanks to our professional devices, suitable to create digital audio, we have cooperated also with big artists, famous in the international outline of electronic music. Progetto esclusivo di Sasha Dj nel quale dà libero sfogo alle proprie idee, dove propone un sound e ritmiche in una forma progressiva a cavallo tra la Techno e l’Hard House, e come prima realizzazione sceglie l’album “Return From Ashes”, in cui lascia la sua inconfondibile impronta digitale della sua visione elettronica.

With his exclusive project "FENICE" Sasha DJ releases his own ideas and proposes, as first work, the album "Back From Ashes". It represents his musical expression, his identity and the way he means electronic sound.

AMAX 54 - ITALY

Amax54 eclettico artista con la passione per le moto e per le piste di mezza Europa dove và a correre,ha iniziato ad immergersi nel mondo della musica nel 1990 facendo il DJ. Nel 1995 inizia a pubblicare i suoi primi dischi con diversi pseudonimi fino al 1997,anno in cui conosce Sasha Dj con il quale condivide tuttora una lunga collaborazione. Il primo singolo da solista di Amax54 chiamato “Cocoon” mescola in 2 tracce sonorità techno e house creando uno stile nuovo ed originale difficilmente catalogabile e mettendo miscele di ritmiche e sonorità che distinguono gli artisti di lunga esperienza.

Amax54, eclectic artist with the passion for motorbike and half europe's circuits where he goes run, began to immerse himself into the music's world in 1990 like DJ. In 1995 started to publish his first vinyls using various pseudonyms until 1997 when he met Sasha dj and shared a long collaboration with him. The first single as soloist by Amax54 called "Cocoon" mix techno and house sounds in two tracks creating a new, original and uncataloguable style and putting a blend of rhythms and sounds which distinguish long experience artists.

FIOSH - ITALY

Inizia a suonare nel 1994 come Dj facendo esperienze nei locali della Vallesina fino al 2003 nel quale inizia a produrre le sue prime tracce. Fiosh tra i fondatori della Polena Records lavora attivamente a questo progetto dando un contributo essenziale , infatti dal 2004 collabora alla creazione di eventi e produzioni. Nel 2008 realizza insieme a Sasha Dj l'album Goa Gate Vol 1 formando la band E-BEIZ, un album pieno di sonorità psichedelic trance con il quale debutta ufficialmente nel mercato mondiale. Per la fine del 2008 è atteso il suo primo EP che introdurrà il suo primo album in uscita nella primavera del 2009.

He started playing like dj in 1994 making experiences into Vallesina's clubs until 2003 when he started to produce his first tracks. Fiosh, between the founders of Polena Records, works actively at this project giving an essential contribution;in fact he collaborates to the creation of events and productions from 2004. In 2008 realizes the first single that will anticipate his album for 2009 Springs.

GIORDANO F. - ITALY

Il suo primo singolo “DeepWater” è la prima esperienza dell’artista Giordano F. che esordisce con uno stile hard house rasente alla techno nel quale utilizza con egemonia percussioni tribali e delay. Giordano F. inizia a suonare come Dj nel 2000 e già agli inizi della Polena Records scende in campo su molti fronti. Dal 2004 inizia a produrre le prime tracce fino al esordio con questo suo primo singolo.

Giordano F. play as dj since 2000 and he start to produce his first tracks untill the debut with this single."DeepWater" is the first experience of Giordano F. who debut with a hard house close to techno style wherein uses tribal percussions and delay with hegemony.

F.B. ALEX (Fatal brightness Alex) - ITALY

Alias Alessandro Sanso’, nasce nel 1977 in provincia di Lecce nel sud Salento, vive in Andrano dove da li ha inizio la passione per la musica, e all’eta di 15 anni con l’avvento della musica dance degli anni ’90, decide di entrare nel mondo dei Dj. Comincia a fare esperienza come Dj suonando in vari club e party organizzati intorno alla sua città, dove più tardi riesce ad avere uno spazio di due ore settimanali in una piccola radio. All’età di 22 anni conosce un gruppo di produttori di musica dance chiamati Wondercast, comincia così a frequentare il loro studio iniziando a conoscere l’elettronica dei computer, i sintetizzatori lineari, modulari ed anche i vst instruments, muovendo i suoi primi passi componendo con Cubase. Attualmente Alex, è impegnato nelle sue nuove opere, cercando di trovare suoni e idee musicali sempre piu’ raffinate, che possano risvegliare nel profondo di chi le ascolta, sensazioni particolari e travolgenti, che diano gioia e vitalità.

He was born 1977 at a little town near Lecce on Salento place in south Italy, where he descovered his passion for Trance music. At the age of 15 years he decided to propose his idea of music so he started as Dj. He make many experience playing in parties of this zone at the of age 22 years he started to know how to make a music and he attended on studio of recording so he composed his first tracks.

La musica è un arte che nel corso dei millenni evolve in ogni tempo. I comuni elementi musicali sono:l'intonazione (armonia e melodia),il ritmo (tempo, metrica) la dinamica, la timbrica ed il testo. La parola "Mousike" deriva dal Greco e che significa l'arte delle Muse. La musica è come i 4 elementi, lento o veloce come il vento, pulito o sporco come la terra, calmo o mosso come il mare, o caldo come il fuoco. la musica è come noi, vive come le umani sensazioni, emozioni e passioni. Quando si combinano tutte queste, quando trasfomi i sentimenti in note, solo allora puoi ottenere la perfezione.

Common elements of music are pitch (which governs melody and harmony), rhythm (and its associated concepts: tempo, meter, and articulation), dynamics, and the sonic qualities of timbre and texture. The word derives from Greek ìïõóéêÞ (mousike), "(art) of the Muses".... Music is like the 4 elements. Slow or fast like the wind! Clean or dirty like the earth! Smooth or hard like the sea and HOT like the fire! Music is also like us. Like a living human being who has senses, emotions and passions! Y- EAST - HUNGARY

Y-East (DJ Hruscsov & Psylody) è una delle band più conosciute per la scena Trance in Ungheria. La band è stata fondata agli inizi del 2007 tra l'incontro di due musicisti. Hruscsov nasce nel 1974, frequenta il conservatorio musicale Ungherese, studiando clarinetto e pianoforte,dal 1995 fino al 1998 canta in un gruppo rock chiamato "Ratrain", dal 2000 in poi organizza party, produce e suona Psytrance. Psylody nasce nel 1973 suona pianoforte e violino dalle scuole elementari,dal 1990 fino al 1998 suona le tastiere e canta in una rock band chiamata "Warning!" e poi successivamente nel gruppo "The Rock Band". Dal 2005 entra nel mondo della Psytrance. La band a prodotto più di 20 tracce e diversi remix e negli ultimi anni suonano in molti clubs, in festival e open air party. Ma.... questo è solo l'inizio della storia.....

Today the Y-East (DJ Hruscsov & Psylody) is one of the most well known psytrance live act formation in Hungary. The Y-east was founded in the beginning of 2007, but of course both of us have musician past. Hruscsov: was born in 1974, learned in the Hungarian Music Art Academy (clarinet and piano) since '95 till '98 rock singer in the group "Ratrain", since 2000 goa/trance DJ, party organiser, psytrance musician. Psylody: was born in 1973, learned music from the basic school (violin and piano), since '90 till '98 played the synthesisers and as singer in the group "Warning!", since 2005 for 1,5 years played in the group "the Rock Band", since 2005 psytrance musician. The formation made more than 20 tracks and several remixes in the last years and they played in many clubs, on festivals and open air parties. But... this is only the beginning of the story...

MARK KHOEN - ITALY

Mark Khoen è un grande amante della musica Trance. Fin da molto giovane, si appassiona alla musica elettronica. Dal 1995 al 2002 Mark si dedica esclusivamente al lavoro di Dj con grande passione e risultati. Nel frattempo Mark si interessa al mondo delle produzioni Techno/Trance. Nel 2006, la passione diventa lavoro, così Mark inizia a produrre seriamente. I primi rilasci avvengono nel 2008. Alcuni titoli: “Come On”, “Infinity”…. Da due anni Mark collabora con molti artisti ed etichette di tutto il mondo. Ora Mark è molto motivato nella produzione e spera di trovare sempre più gente a cui piaccia la sua musica.

Mark Khoen is a great lover of Trance Music. Start very young to take an interest for Electronic music. From 1995 to 2002 Mark is dedicated exclusively to the work of dj with great passion and results. Meanwhile Mark is interested to the world of productions of music Techno/Trance. In 2007, the passion becomes work, and Mark starts to produce seriously. The first releases were in 2008. Some titles: "Come On", "Infinity" ... From two years Mark collaborates with many artists and labels from around the world. Now Mark is very motivated in the production and hopes to find more people who like his music.

GAIATECH - ITALY

GAIATECH è un progetto fondato nel 2004 a Roma da S. Mecozzi aka Dj Meko in collaborazione con P. Nofi aka Sismic. Gaiatech con il suo stile psy, fullon e Goa-Trance è indicato sia per l'alba che per il tramonto infatti conosciuto in tutto il globo suona in molti grandi eventi sia Europei che Brasiliani. Band members: DJ MEKO nasce nel1978 soto il segno dei pesci.Suona la batteria ,chittarra e percussioni per molti anni. Muove i suoi primi passi da Dj nella scena psychedelica Romana nel 2000 collaborando con la Chimeratribe. DJ Meko si è esibito in molti paesi dell'Europa(Londra-Uk, Grecia, Spagna, Portogallo, Slovenia, Croazia, Olanda e Francia), in sud-est Asia (Thailandia e Indonesia), in Sud America (Brasil), Citardo alcuni big festival:Reloaded festival 2009, UniversoParalello 2008, Sonica 2005-2006, Antiworld 2007, Rhythms of Peace 2005-2006, Sunexplosion 2005, Solartribe 2004, SpiritoftheMoon 2003, ShivaMoon 2004-05-06-07-08. SISMIC nasce a Latina nel 1974,già all'eta di 8 anni con il suo primo computer inizia a sperimentare con midi file e i primi samples. All'età di 10/12 anni crea i suoi primi pattern di musica Techno/Elettronica con i suoi primi sequencer e batteria elettronica e sinthetizzatore. A 15 anni inizia a comprare i suoi primi vinili di musica House-Techno-Progressive-trance. Dopo molti anni spesi d'avanti al pc usando molti software conosce DJ Meko con il quale fonda il progetto goa-trance chiamato Gaiatech. Successivamente inizia anche un progetto da solista chiamato infatti Sismic promuovendo lo stile dark potente. DA questo anno ha iniziato a esibirsi con live & Dj set in tutta Italia ricevendo molti apprezzamenti anche a livello internazionale.

He had played guitar, drums & percussions for some years. He moved his first steps in the psychedelic scene in 2000, with some performances in some big festivasl and organizing big events in Rome in collaboration with Chimeratribe. He played all over his country and around Europe (London-Uk, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Croatia, Holland.France), in southeast Asia (Thailand and Indonesia), in south America (Brasil), in some big festival like Reloaded festival 2009, UniversoParalello 2008, Sonica 2005-2006, Antiworld 2007, Rhythms of Peace 2005-2006, Sunexplosion 2005, Solartribe 2004, SpiritoftheMoon 2003, ShivaMoon 2004-05-06-07-08. SISMIC is Paolo Nofi;born to Latina on 1974, since the age of 8 he start to have his first computer, experimenting with friends first sampling and midi files. At the age of 10/12 he started to create first pattern of Techno/Elettronic music style with the first machines e sinthetizer. At the age of 15 he starts to buy and mixing House-Techno-Progressive-trance vinyls. After many years spent in front of computer learning most of the popular software production, he met dj Meko, founding with him a goa-trance project called GAIATECH; then he starts also his solo project called SISMIC,with more powerfull dark sound. Since this year he start to play his live act around italy and not only,waiting the big chance to be appreciated form international trance scene, that's life is giving to him.
