About Polite Sleeper

Polite Sleeper is a folk mess.

Pretty simple overall: keep the songs pretty and the shows sweaty, but remember to practice the tougher scales. We're doin more with less these days from the same basement in Brooklyn. And that's fine for now.

Lake Effect is our first studio record, recorded by our good friend, Aaron Prellwitz at Brooklyn's best Seaside Lounge. It's out now digitally everywhere, and released all over the place by Expect Candy (CD/digital) and Sabotage (12").
