Popple has fun and they want you to have fun too. Two Catholic boys who really should be called men but really haven't grown up. They call the music acoustic, humor, rock.
They put on fun concerts, lead prayer and praise and worship, give great talks and can play for your mass.
Hey, thanks for the add! Let me know if you guys come through Albuquerque NM or El Paso TX... my husband loves your music. I'd love to suprise him sometime with tickets to one of your shows.
(OMG, popple just commented what do I say?? pressure!)
I'd love to, man.. Name time and place and I'll bring the hairballs... My guitar.. sorry..
You both do CHWC still? I actually met with them a year ago in Mobile and had the pleasure of meeting Cory (your brother? media guy). He was very cool and turned me on to you guys. I was looking to serve as a music minister for the camp but God just didn't have it in mind for me. I was going through some really trying things in life but in hind sight I am glad God closed the door on it for me since it just wasn't for me at the time. Since then, everything is great and I am realizing that just cuz that wasn't meant to be, doesn't mean He didn't have other things in mind. I am happy to say I am exploring His will for me in a different area, all the while maintaining a music ministry with a solid group of guys. Means a lot that you hit me back! Thanks, dood! Look forward to crossing paths with you if God deems it worthy! Are yall ever here in the swamps? hehe
I travel often. Lemme know what's goin down and maybe we can catch a cup a joe or something..
Yalls tunes are really cool and I "get them", jtylk... (just to let you know). You both are the alternate galaxy version of Tenacious D; very good assessment.
very upset I am. I was in milwaukee for CHWC and we had a guy named PJ ANderson as our guitar player/singer/entertainer. He was good, but he did not nearly match the talent of you two. As my friends Kayla, stephanie, and I were showing off our nashville talent with kayla on guitar, me on vocals and stephanie on the ukulele, Greg, the media manager on staff comes up and says "hey, I have popple's uke!" we were ecstatic and nearly peeed our pants as we clamored to touch it. haha, long story short. greg gave us your wonderful tenor uke and we played it. It was wonderful and we missed you. I played your ukelele, but without you, I guess it was just your kulele. We live in nashville so we'll come visit you in the next two weeks.
