Til hvem det måtte interessere:
Vi er kede af at måtte meddele, at vi - Port Largo - hermed officielt indstiller alle aktiviteter. Beslutningen er taget for kort tid siden og bevirker, at alt samarbejde mellem Morten, Jesper, og Caspar ophører. Denne beslutning, skal det retfærdigvis siges, er taget af Jesper alene. Jesper føler ikke, at han musikalsk og kunstnerisk længere kan stå inde for det udtryk som Port Largo repræsenterede. Da Port Largo i høj grad var et kollektiv som bestod af tre personers fælles kreative afløb, tre personer som i lange perioder har brugt nat og dag sammen på at udvikle musikken og en fælles sound, har Morten og Caspar besluttet, at det ikke giver nogen mening at forsøge at køre bandet videre uden Jesper. Vi vil dog alle tre lægge vores kræfter hver for sig i andre projekter. Måske mere herom senere.
Vi vil gerne sige tak til alle de (heldigvis mange) mennesker som i tidens løb har støttet os, og som har tilkendegivet deres begejstring for vores musik. Især de mange mails (fra hele verden) og folks postive reaktioner på såvel live-optrædener som indspilninger er vi meget glade for. Vi vil også sige tak for at have fået lov at optræde ved Spot Festivalen 2007, som nok var vores bedste koncert gennem tiden, og vil også gerne takke Soundvenue for støtte igennem både koncerter og omtale. Sidst, men ikke mindst, tak til Carsten Heller, som optog og producerede de to numre "Breakdown.." og "Another State.." for os, og som det var en udsøgt fornøjelse at arbejde sammen med. Denne myspace-side får lov at fortsætte, i fald nogen stadig kan ha' glæde af musikken på den.

To whom it may interest:
We are sorry to inform you that we - Port Largo - hereby officially terminate all band activities. This decision was made very recently and means the end of all collaborations between Morten, Jesper, and Caspar. In all fairness it must be said that this decision is Jesper's alone. Jesper does not any longer feel that he, musically and artistically speaking, can put his heart into the type of expression that Port Largo represented. Because of the fact that Port Largo was a collective consisting of the joint creative outlets of three individuals, ones that over long periods of time spent night and day trying to develop a unique sound, Morten and Caspar have decided that it makes no sense trying to carry on without Jesper. However, all three of us will focus on each of our own projects. More on this later, maybe.
We would like to thank all the (fortunately many) people who have supported us over the years and who have shared their enthusiasm about our music with us. Especially, we thank you people for the many emails (from all over the world) and positive reactions to both our live appearances and recordings. We are grateful for being selected to play at the SPOT-Festival 2007, which probably was our best performance ever, and also thanks to Soundvenue for supporting us through concerts and publicity. Last, but not least, special thanks to Carsten Heller who recorded and produced our two songs "Breakdown.." and "Another State..". It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with you, Carsten. This Myspace-page will continue to exist, in case someone can still benefit from listening to our music.
