I just love music. I will listen to pretty much anything and enjoy it. I can find some value in all music. I believe that anyone who has the courage to get up on a stage and put themselves out there deserves at least an iota of respect. While there are some styles that I like more than others, I will NEVER put down the music that someone loves. Music is something that can get under your skin and sometimes even change your life. It can be one of the most powerful things on the planet. As for some of my favorites... I really tend to gravitate towards strong vocalist like Aretha, Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Ella Fitzgerald, Amy Lee, Kelly Clarkson... But, like I said, I enjoy it all. My cd collection ranges from Garth Brooks to Broadway soundtracks, from Jason Mraz to The American Graffitti Sountrack, from The Beach Boys to Eminem. I love it all. One last thing. Radio needs to get over what was said and put The Dixie Chicks back on the air. Their newest album is their best yet!

I can't get enough movies, and I'll watch pretty much anything... action, comedy, horror, romance... doesn't matter. Some favorites.... Gone with the Wind, It's a Wonderful Life, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Dances with Wolves, Lord of the Rings, The Green Mile, Forrest Gump, Chicago, Mulan Rouge, The SOund of Music, Indiana Jones, anything by Kevin Smith (yes, even Jersey Girl!).... the list goes on....
