Come visit us at one of our 12 locations in Suffolk (Amagansett, Huntington, Patchogue, Riverhead, Smithtown, West Islip), Westchester (Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, White Plains, Yonkers), Rockland (Spring Valley), and Putnam (Brewster) counties.


    Most of our fees are based on a sliding scale tied to income and family size.

    About this page:
    I have been very active in Domestic Violence causes all of my adult life. I noticed a need in the world pertaining to Same Sex Domestic Violence. It happens more than people know. Unfortunately there are a number of gay people who barely consider themselves worthy or valued as a gay person much less a Domestic Violence Victim. There are also very limited resources, statistics, or information, for Same Sex Domestic Violence. Hopefully through empowerment and education we can change some of this. :D

    Celebrate Bisexuality Day, held on September 23 of each year puts our community on the map with its call to promote visibility and celebrate the wonderful diversity of our communities, families and lives with all sorts of great events from parties, to picnics, to discussions, dinner parties and dances.

    Celebrate Bisexuality Day also called Bisexual Pride Day is held annually on September 23 [& traditionally celebrated with events through-out that week and week-end] and puts the Bisexual/Pansexual Community on the map with its call to Promote Visibility and Celebrate the Wonderful Diversity of ALL our Communities, Friends, Families, Allies and Lives with various sorts of GREAT EVENTS from Evening Potlucks, to Afternoon Picnics, from Panel Discussions to Dinner Dances and so much more.

    Feministing. com did have an interesting look on the France/Body Image Law. I agree with her, but also think that it's an attempt to start pointing fingers. Eating disorders are so sad and so much of it's related to what we do at PP. Keep on thinking, keep on going good!
