Some artists use politics to advance their art. Jared Paul is one of the few who has made a name for himself by using art to advance his politics. Whether you know Jared Paul for his activism, music, performance poetry or legal troubles, he has been involved with SFR since its inception.
In 2009, it will all come full circle with the release of his band’s debut album, the self-titled “Prayers for Atheists.”
With Jared’s roots being equally punk rock and hip-hop, the sound of his Prayers for Atheists band is a strange hybrid of 80’s hardcore punk and politically slanted hip-hop. With his PFA partner Alan Hague handling all instrument duty (guitar, bass and drums,) Jared has finally been given the platform for which his message can be delivered musically and with force. The launchpad is set and the seed has been planted…expect blast off soon.

I dunno! The sooner the better, though! Aw, thanks. There are more cookies in your future. :) I, too, wish I could go to your show with Flobots. That's gonna be perfect. omg. <3
i talked to some people, and I can definitely get a car-full of people to go to the show on the 9th. Does that guest list offer still stand? even if not, we will still go
