About PRESSURE KILL COMMON STYLE

Most of the time there are four people in this band. They are creative musicians. Some have said that they play semi-complicated shoegaze pop music and their multifaceted vocal attack softly caresses the stylings of Brian Eno and Paul Haig. They have been around for two years. In late 2006 they released a 7 track EP on Edmonton based label Rectangle Records (Universal/Fontana). This EP was subjected to a virtual monsoon of critical acclaim. Supporting this release they toured the West Coast extensively and performed at both the POP Montreal and NXNE festivals. They are currently recording their highly anticipated debut full-length. This upcoming record (and the accompanying single) will be released summer 2007 on Rectangle Records (Canada/UK/Europe) and shortly thereafter in the U.S. by an unannounced (tentative) American label. Extensive North American and European touring will follow. The EP is available from iTunes
