Pretty Balanced released 2 albums: Icicle Bicycle and Conical Monocle, and toured a bit, enjoying success on the East Coast as well as lovely shows in Oklahoma City and Edinburgh, Scotland. Then, they changed their name to "The Alphabet", released "Scarlet Starlet", and are currently ON TOUR.

i have choreographed a solo modern/contemporary dance to Simon's Sleeping and will hopefully be performing it before July. I am trying to get a small group of people together for a mini-show here in the stix, and will be supplying little bulletins about the music used in the show, who the bands are, and how you can get a hold of them and their musicy goodness. It'll all be dance performances, hopefully, but it's going to be very much about the music

I am loving Conical Monocle with this first listen. Icicle Bicycle is such a fantastic album and CM is well on its way to enchanting my heart and spirit as well.
