Steely Dan, of course. Most song arrangements are modeled after their recent tours. ('96-'03)
Los Angeles based "Pretzel Logic - A Steely Dan Revue" has been playing the festival scene, as well as the club circuit in Southern California for the past four years. The group's dedicated members play with a passion for this great band, whose legendary hits include: "Reelin' in the Years", "Josie" and "Peg", among many others. The music of Steely Dan crosses many musical boundaries. From their jazzy horn lines and smooth vocals, to rock guitar licks and funky grooves, their appeal is wide ranging. With an array of classic songs that ease you into your seat, and upbeat tunes that get you dancing, Steely Dan's repertoire has an impact on everyone. This little "big band" consists of three vocalists, three horns, and a solid rhythm section. Pretzel Logic brings the spirit of Steely Dan alive with a powerful show that leaves people buzzing.

HAPPY EASTER Thanks Jake for playing on this one back in '99. Your performance on Google Videos is Excellent! http://myspacetv.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=30869104
I must admit. It was not looking good when the rain started. How many days of heat left us unprepared, shorts and flip-flops all. But as the last silky chord of the first Dan selection sustained, and the blue skies shined down upon the stage, the crowd knew, and I knew that this band was going to remind us of an old friend. Not everyone remembers the name "Steely Dan". But they ALL remember the music. This is part of what drives PRETZEL LOGIC’S impact, song after song. Your professionalism and your talent are of the highest caliber, and I thank you all for bringing to my event your sophisticated energy, the songwriting of The Dan as performed by PRETZEL LOGIC. I insist that the band return again next year to lay down that unmistakable luscious harmony. This kind of quality satisfies even the most hardcore fans, like me! Rick Grajeda, San Pedro, CA
Greetings guys, shame there's a big pond in between us would love to get to one of your gigs you all seem great musicians (well you would have to be wouldnt you) and great fun too. You guys ROCKED the house as usual last night! It was so good to see everyone. My friends really enjoyed the show and are now fellow fans. Steve, you are awesome! Did Benny tell you he saw me at a Chinese Buffet a couple of weeks ago? LOL. Don't be such a stranger. Enjoy the rest of High Holiday!
Thanks for your friendship!! The three songs on the video truly show the massive extent of talent in the band! Unbelievably accurate performances across the board. Pretzel Logic should tour, especially in the Midwest. We need it!! Thanks Again!
Great show guys. Thanks again for the tickets. This is the second show my son and I have caught. Both at the canyon club. Another great work out too! You guys get me in the dancin mood every time.
i didn't know but they are still actually playing!!! i'm going to go to that gig, whatever it takes.
what do you think about calling my new girl band 'babylon sisters'? sure there's undertones of prositiution, but that's not entirely unsuitable for a girl band, is it? :P xx
Great to be here.
We came from Italy to the US twice, and both times was because of the guys-SD in S.Diego, 2003 and DF at the Beacon, 2006.
And now the H Gang finally comes to Italy...
You really sound awesome.
Bye

Wow Guys!!! You definitely don't sound like the average WeekEnd/Afterwork/Steely Dan Tribute Band! Great to know that other talented artists share the same passion!!!
