關於我: First and foremost, I am the father of an AMAZING 12-year old named Austin. After years of hoping and praying for the best and making the most of our limited time together, Austin and I are finally reunited on a full-time basis. He is enrolled in a very challenging school and is doing quite well. Although his education and development is first and foremost, we always make time to go out and do things together … I usually run or lift weights while he plays full-court basketball. Best of all, he and Laura get along very well … even kinda scary how they both share similar tastes in humor and other interests … LOL. Who is this Laura? In a nutshell, she is most amazing, loving, understanding, and supportive woman I have ever met. Although I am a very driven individual, Laura is truly the other half that keeps me from imploding. I can't count the number of times that I have come home after self-annihilation in the gym and without fail she has always been there each and every time for me to lay my head on. I am complete and all is well!
I am also a two-time NPC national bodybuilding champion and IFBB professional. If you peruse muscle & fitness magazines, then you have definitely seen and/or read about me. Yes, I am "that guy" who gained almost 60 pounds of solid competitve muscle in four short years ... from being a 147 pound USA lightweight champion in 2002, to a 176 pound middleweight national champion in 2004, to a 210 pound IFBB professional in 2006. I love the sport of bodybuilding, but consider it purely a hobby as I do have a life and career outside of the sport. I made the decision to retire from the IFBB and professional bodybuilding at the end of the 2007 season and am now living and loving life to the fullest … without hypocrisy, guilt, nor shame. NO AMOUNT OF FORTUNE OR FAME WILL BE MORE PRECIOUS THAN MY LIFE!
Professionally, aside from being a personal trainer extraordinaire, I am a senior writer for an up-and-coming magazine named "Status Fitness". My goal as a writer is to share my own experiences and knowledge with others to give a "real" perspective on how to become better and healthier athletes/people. I recently ended my search for a supplement company to join that share the same values of quality and integrity that I uphold. I will be working very closely with Magnum Nutraceuticals to not only produce and promote quality products, but also to alter the negative perceptions of the neutraceutical industry as a whole.
In October of 2008, I joined an awesome sales team at The Vitamin Shoppe in Huntington Beach, CA. I thoroughly enjoy helping others achieve health & wellness, and working at the store increases my ability to do so exponentially. If you are ever in the area, stop by and say "Hello!". "No," I don't own it, and "Yes," I just work there … LOL.
我想認識: People from all over the world who possess a zeal for life and health. As much I enjoy inspiring and motivating others to become better, I too enjoy being inspired and motivated. If I have never met you and you have your setting on "private", you are definitely NOT getting in so don't bother unless you state your case in a message. I do not not have time for bullshit so please if you don't have an interest in fitness ... STAY THE F@#K OUT!
I hope to see you in the magazines more. You use to be in them all the time. I miss that. Take care and have a safe weekend. Maybe we can train together if you're in the area.
! what up eryck...guess what i was doing squats to days ago..you know the way you showed me....man....im still sore it's been a week LOL....i was walking like a robot on my way to work..Lol...anyways....thanks for the tips.
U def looked awesome in 06 ironman. Physique u need to compete nowadays. To much muscle for me still tho. Lol I like a lot ur photography ones. Less mass more aesthetic beauty but they don't get u anywhere in today ifbb.
Lol. Well I wish I knew where happy medium is cos if dexter is at 5ft 6 235 aesthetics is purely dead. Frank zane at 5 9 190lbs is aesthetics bob paris or berry demey at 6ft 235lbs that's that aesthetic greek god look that people should inspire to. U have a beautiful physique as does stan mcquay but even lots of the 202lbs have lost it.
A beast he is. Shaun tavierner I think in next couple years everyone no his name cos b a top 5 202lbs mr o. He is hard to compete with. Kai wad so big as they all r I thought he is losing his shape tho. Looking ugly basically. Then again looking at aesthetics dex and heath only two in top 5.
Hey fella. Whens ur next comp? What u think of mr o top 5? I'm british and got finals on sunday see who gets pro card. We got a 5ft 2 202lbs guy shaun taveiner . Don't no if u heard of him. He favourite. Looks amazing .
Hi, thanks for all your support through those hectic weeks =) Laura was definitely my rock and shoulder to cry on. Dont think I wouldve handled things so well w/out her here.We miss her soooo much already.
