~~~~~~~~First and foremost, Proof of Love is a ministry. Our ONLY goal is to spread the word of God and of His love to as many people as possible, young and old alike, through testimonies and song. Although we post photographs and band bio information, drawing attention to ourselves is among the LEAST of our desires. The moment we begin to intentionally draw attention to ourselves and fail to give all the glory to God is the moment we will cease to play.
-----However, since many venues are hesitant to schedule a music group without reading information about the members and their backgrounds, as well as seeing photographs representative of the "image" of the band, band bio information and photographs are posted. Any ability possessed by the members of Proof of Love comes from only one place, and that is God. It is our desire to give Him, not ourselves, the glory for those gifts. That being said the "official" band bio is below.~~~~~~~~~~

-----Contemporary Christian group “Proof of Love” is dedicated to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ through music. Four dynamic students, based out of Salisbury Maryland, perform a combination of Contemporary Christian songs, their own arrangements of traditional hymns and original material. They have put together a program that has the variety to minister to and reach people from many different walks of life.
-----Original members Jon Pheasant and Geoffrey Crowley have literally been friends all of their life and they have also grown up together musically. They have written several songs together and the band has recently released a CD of these songs. Geoff and Jon have formed a partnership with bassist Steven Wackett, a sophmore at Salisbury University in January 2006, and drummer Josh Foster, who is a freshman at Wor Wic, in 2007.
-----Together they currently perform at a variety of churches, youth groups and public venues to inspire audiences with their music and testimonies on how God has and is leading in their lives.
