About Pryapisme

Pryapisme est né en Auvergne, sur le plateau de Gergovie après une après midi trop arrosée en l'an de grâce 2000.
Le groupe est composé des traditionnelles guitares, basse, batterie et autres claviers qui marquent une nette filiation avec le traditionnel groupe de rock provincial et bruyant.

Le concept musical du groupe est défini par quelques dogmes simples :
- beaucoup trop de notes
- des mélanges incongrus voire putassiers
- des sweeps à gogo et de la double en veux-tu-en-voila.
Le chant y est exclu pour diverses raisons, notamment un contrat d'exclusivité malheureux avec une célèbre marque de soda allemand.

Le groupe, fort d'un renouvellement de formation millésimé 2006, enregistre laborieusement son premier album depuis mars 2007.
Divers évènements plus ou moins intéressants émaillent les sessions. Des discussions homériques fusent : pour ou contre Axl Rose? Jean Pierre Sauzer est il Dieu? Lars Ulrich est il vraiment batteur et Danois?

La sortie du disque est prévue pour début 2010 et dans sa grande mansuétude, le groupe met à la disposition des plus courageux d'entre vous sa seconde démo "Pump up the pectine" quatre titres de rocococore sur le site http://oraserrata.fr.nf
Pryapisme vous épargnera sa première démo "Or bleu", non non n’insistez pas, il suffit !

Enfin, Pryapisme a l’honneur de faire partie du tribute to Ulver "My own wolf : a new approach" en reprenant le morceau "In the red". Produit par l’équipe d’Aspherical Asphyxia, ce tribute est téléchargeable librement sur http://panacea.msk.su/ulver et sortira en cd en 2008.

Pryapisme fait partie du collectif clermontois "Proche du Ravin", comprenant d’autres groupes comme Babayaga, Senoys et Nenupha.

Born in 2000, in the medieval center of France, where Caesar was ass-kicked by our glorious ancestors, Pryapisme melts good, bad and ugly vibes, like a glory hole in Varg's cell. Pryapisme mixes Black metalled strings, Satie-influenced piano parts, electronic mess, jazzy moods and 8-bit core.
