When Manuel Anos (Psyk) was born in Madrid in 1987 he was already absorbing the sounds most electronics from his old brother, who was an indisputable fan of KRAFTWERK, DEPECHE MODE, MODEL 500 and the rest of pioneers of the scene. His attention was always called by the music in its more electronic point of view. When he was 15 years old he bought as he could a turntable and 2 decks ,obviously the cheapest brand and he started making his firsts sets in the world of techno music. Always influenced by the darkest sound of Detroit of the hands of SPEEDY J, JUAN ATKINS, KEVIN SAUNDERSON, DERRICK MAY and of course the master of the techno RICHIE HAWTIN.
The references of PLASTIKMAN and SLEEPARCHIVE always called his attention and one day watching the lord of “decks, EFX&909” at live he knew he wanted to do something similar and big in the world of techno music. In 2005 he already started to move in illegal importants festivals and parties (also known as raves) and in small clubs. In 2007 he began his studies to became a sound engineer and started saving money to be able to buy his team of electronic music production. Only 8 months after producing music he got in contact with the label M_NUS. Richie Hawtin ,himself, got in contact with PSYK , telling him about a project that he had in mind for his label and that he wanted him to participate on it.
At the early age of 19 , he signed with the label M_NUS for his track “CLOWN” for the project of Richie called "Sounds From Can Elles" (M71), top sales and charts during 5 months in the first positions. Richie, himself, talks about him in the international magazine DJ-MAG saying that he has one of the most powerful futures in minimal-techno scene. His upcoming releases on ENEMY REC (Dustin Zahn, Minneapolis) , Droid (Drumcell) saw us his new point of view of techno music. All his references are calling the attention of too many clubbers in the world. Thanks to this realeases and full-of-power sets he is getting contracts in best clubs in Europe and America. His music can be heared in the sets of the best djs in the world. His dark and hypnotic techno dont let anyone indeferent. This is a dj to watch out the next few years.

Siempre le llamó la atención la musica desde el punto de vista mas electrónico. Cuando tuvo la edad de 15 años se compro como pudo unos platos y una mesa de gama baja y empezó a hacer sus primeros pinitos en el mundo del techno. Influenciado siempre por los sonidos mas oscuros de detroit de la mano de Speedy J, Juan Atkins, Kevin Saunderson, Derrick May y por supuesto el gurú del techno Richie Hawtin.
Las referencias de Plastikman y Sleeparchive siempre le llamaron la atención y un dia viendo al señor de "Decks, EFX & 909" en directo supo que queria hacer algo en el mundo del techno. En 2005 ya empezaba a moverse en fiestas ilegales importantes (raves) y en pequeños clubs.
En 2007 empezó a estudiar para ingeniero de sonido y ahorro para comprarse equipos de producción de música electrónica. En tan solo 8 meses de empezar a producir tomó contacto con el sello Minus. El propio Richie Hawtin toma contacto con él comentándole un proyecto que tiene en mente para su sello y que tenían pensado contar con el.
Con tan solo 19 años firma con el sello Minus por su tema "Clown" en la referencia de "Sounds From Can Elles" (M71), top de ventas y charts duranto 5 meses en las primeras posiciones. El mismo Richie Hawtin habla para la revista internacional DJ-MAG del joven Psyk como uno de los futuros mas potentes del techno. Mas adelante firmará con Enemy Rec (Dustin Zahn, Minneapolis) y Droid Rec (Drumcell) Y su musica irá evolucionando a un sonido aun mas techno y contundente. Gracias a sus referencias y sus sets cargados de energia, empiezan a salirle contratos importantes en los mejores clubs de Europa y America hasta el dia de hoy.
