Imagine if black holes and supernovas made music. Now imagine if those two extra terrestrials did a musical collaboration together. Pulsar would be the outcome of that collaboration and Dark Objects would be the name of their first album.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pulsar’s music grabs you from inside and takes you through different states of mind characterized by slow, lengthy instrumental passages, dominated by analogue synthesisers, experimental guitar work, booming cymbals and hypnotic wind instruments, culminating in catchy melodies and carefully manipulated beats, and all dramatically punctuated with visuals from the dark and dangerous side of psychedelic space. So
fasten up your seat-belts, prepare for lift off and let the multi-layered space odyssey begin...---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pulsar are a sonic experimentation and a visual feast. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Catch them on tour in a town near Jupiter this summer but remember: Space is a dangerous place where earthlings only last 15 seconds--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The current band members are:
Matzeu plays synths including fender rhodes, moogs and effects
Etmo plays wind instruments including ethnic flutes , saxophones, and clarinet combined with effects and percussions
Lenzini plays electric guitar, trigger samples and effects
Malenfant provides live the amazing space odyssey of visuals
