and great bands who carry on playing for the sheer love of it despite not getting the attention they deserve. While lesser, mediocre bands become huge....oh! and William Muthafukkin' Shatner
About me: My names buz! I, along with my girlfriend, Em, run possibly the smallest specialist punk record shop in the world (about the size of an average kitchen), the Punker Bunker, in Brighton, England. Here- http://www.streetmap.co.uk/newmap.srf?x=531255&y=104755&z=0&sv=bn14ep&st=2&pc=bn1+4ep&mapp=newmap.srf&searchp=newsearch.srf ) I based the shop on places I used to go in my 'youth' (Kennsington Market, Kings Road, Soho, Brighton's North Laines in the 80's etc). We sell new (and some used) cd's and vinyl along with T-shirts, zines, tickets and the usual punk rock crap!

This coming Sunday (12th) we’re involved in a special memorial show, Ralphstock, for our friend Ralph Underwood. Ralph was a top lad and wicked banjo player he sadly passed away suddenly last December. We’ve got four bands of the alt-country/Americana variety (Blackwater String Band, The Modern Exposition, Englemann Spruce and special guests Sour Mash) playing to celebrate his life.. At the Hobgoblin music starts at 4pm. It’s free with donations towards the RNLI charity.
Excitement is reaching feverpitch for next weeks Brighton Breakout 2009. Please get to the venue early to catch the first band on stage at 4pm.
More excitement - We’ve picked up a last minute show for punk legends The Dickies! This is on Mon 10th Aug at, the smallest venue you’ll ever see them in, the Engine Room. Tickets are on sale now from the Bunker and online and at all other outlets from tomorrow.

"We’ve just picked up a couple of shows for April that we’re quite excited about- Ex-Snuff, One Car Pileup, Stupids, Goober Patrol types" Oi Buzz, I've never been in Goober Patrol no matter what anyone says, I'm far too good looking for that band :)
A UP BUZ!!!!... I see you will be organizing a gig for Suzy y los Quattro!!!!... what a great band, say hi to Jonathan, the bass player, from me when you see them!...
On another note, I have finally uploaded the new songs we recorded at Javi PPM's studio last week... they sound awesome!... The last of the 6 songs is a PPM cover which should feature in the next PPM album!...
Take care,
Jody Death
P.S. I do vocals and guitars (even though the vocals don't really sound like me!)
