Strummerville	Dec 16 2009 12:45 AM 今年の5月、日本の音楽を紹介する為に行われたUKツアー「100％　GENKI!」。 UK4都市5公演の主役を務めた4アーティストが、12月東京に集結！「100% GENKI!」って何て名前！？なんて思う人もたくさんいると思いますが、これはSMASH UKオフィスと故ジョー・ストラマーの遺族や友人によって設立された、才能のあるミュージシャンへ音楽創作の機会を与えることを目的とした慈善団体「Strummerville/ストラマーヴィル」によって今年の5月に企画された、日本のリアルな音楽を紹介するために行われたUKツアーのメインタイトルです。その5月に行われたUKツアーはブライトン、マンチェスター、ロンドン、リヴァプールの４都市、5公演が行われ、今やUKではホットと言われるジャパン・サウンドに興味のある大勢のオーディエンスが詰めかけ大成功に終わりました。そしてそのツアーの主役であり、確実に世界に繋がるパフォーマンスを繰り広げたのが今回出演するこの４アーティストです。それぞれが違ったサウンドではあるが、日本人だからこそ出せる独自のサウンドは各地で絶賛を浴び、今後の彼らの活動が更にグローバルに進んで行くのが楽しみです。また日本から離れた地で一緒にツアーを回った事がきっかけで出演者同士のミュージシャンシップが生まれ、その繋がりがきっかけで今回の日本でのイベントも決定しました。出演者に関しては確実に長〜い間待たされた打ち上げです。見に来たオーディエンスには一緒にパーティーに参加した気分で存分に盛り上がって下さい！ SMASH and Strummerville presents 100% GENKI!
