UK born BRICK MEAN relocated to NEW ZEALAND and mis-spent his youth playing in more bands than you could shake a stick at. Some of the most noteable being: student radio darlings RUNGLED, the infamous HIGH PLAIN DRIFTERS, as well as having the pleasure of drumming for THE BING ENSEMBLE for many years.
He has played with such greats as GUITAR WOLF and THE 5,6,7,8'S.
2007 sees BRICK MEAN celebrating 10 YEARS OF ROCK'N'ROLL!

"QUICKBROWNFOX- Boy and girl punk 'n' roll duo. Very White Stripes except the girl sings here. Cool stuff, really. Lo-fi, distorted vocals, but it works a mighty treat." - Hope and Anchor Listings
Unstoppable girl/boy punk rocknroll two piece QUICKBROWNFOX have been playing in some of LONDONS best (and worst) venues for OVER 1 YEAR NOW.
Stripped down to the bare essentials this duo create a raw, dynamic noise of thunderous proportions.
Their powerfull live show proves to be a white knuckle ride of pure Rock n Roll energy.

Hola- yeah New Years was a good time fer all involved. Wasn't massively busy and they closed a bit early for my liking, but this time we managed to avoid the temptation to head down the seafront, ensuring the good times weren't ruined by shit music and shit people (well, Rob from Lynchburg did head down, and predictably almost got in a fight). We just got stoned in a van instead.
What did you get up to, you go to that Dirty Water thing?
Really glad you enjoyed our night, saturday was really fun! Hope to see you again! And you got BEAST WITH A GUN in your top friends, so you got great taste!!
Hey, good times and a great show the other night. Well, the Longbar was pretty crap, but it's been worse. We'll have to hook up again sometime - hey, were you serious or just drunk when you said you'd be up for doing New Years? That'd be awesome if you could.
