«Direct-in-your-Face-electro-Thrash» bezeichnet die Klangwelt von Quickchill, welche die drei schweizer Romy, Marco und Mike in ihrer etwas «anderen» aber nicht weniger interessanten Besetzung Bass, Drum und Gesang zelebrieren!
Durch den Einsatz von Elektronik aus der Kiste, fliessen zum Grundstil Rock diverse Merkmale der Musik wie Industrial, Electro und andere "experimentelle" Klänge mit ein.
Nach dem, bis dato, persönlichen musikalischen Höhepunkt, dem Auftritt mit Roach am Ministry of Rock Festival 2002 in Frauenfeld (CH) auf der Mainstage und dem einspielen der Basslines für die CD-Produktion (2004) der züricher Band Neospastics, beginnt Mike seine eigenen Songs zu schreiben und setzt somit den Grundstein für Quickchill.
Frühling 2006
– Reduziert aufs Maximum – werden Romy und Marco assimiliert um die musikalischen Visionen von Mike umzusetzen und auf die Welt loszulassen.
Überflüssiges Gerümpel beiseite geschaufelt stampfen Bass und Schlagzeug den Rhythmus in die Gehörgänge, welcher sich durch den ganzen Körper hindurch bis zu den Beinen windet und ein unaufhaltsames zucken, vibrieren und wildes tanzen verursacht. Romy lenkt mit ihrem Gesang die wilden Eskapaden von Bass und Schlagzeug in harmonische Bahnen und sorgt für die nötige Portion Kontrast, Abwechslung und Spannung in der Klangwelt von Qickchill.
"Direct-In-Your-Face-Electron-Thrash" defines the sound of Quickchill, which celebrate Romy, Marco and Mike in the unusual occupation Bass, Drum and Vocals! By the employment of "Mister Electronic" (formaly known as The Sampler), flows into the basic style Rock various characteristics of the music such as Industrial, Electro and other "experimental" sounds also.

- reduced to the max - Romy and Marco getting assimilated to realize the musical visions of Mike. Useless Junk pushed aside, the Bass and Drums stamping the Rhythm into the Brains and Ears , which winds itselfs through the whole Body down to the Legs and causes an inexhaustible vibrating and wild dancing. Romy steers the wild Escapades of Bass and Drum with its singing into harmonious courses and provides for the necessary portion contrast, alternation and tension in the sound world of Qickchill!
