About R9 Crew

R9 was founded in 2006 by core members Kosh, Krimz and Peel from Lille, and Arturo and Hope from Nantes. The northern collective quickly showed a strong will to blow fresh air onto the Lille dnb scene, with a clear-cut, ambitious motto: only the best.

Deep into the dark side, R9 DJs’ techno, hardcore and breakcore influences resurface into a purely drum n bass programing, following the techstep/hardstep explosion with legendary guests (Dom & Roland, Chase & Status, Vicious Circle, Limewax, Gremlinz), memorable newcomers (Katharsys, The Untouchables, COOH), and the best Belgian DJs (The Nitrous, Speedwagon, Echovirus, Alert & Hidious, NDM, Kaytodad & D-lux).
