I'm finding myself just adding on to the big mess that was my last album... So... if I ever finish it, it will be like... an unorganized 200 track chaotic mess that will never get released. Creating music is just as painful and heartfelt as it used to be, but I'm trying to hone that madness strictly into my music so it doesn't interfere with my life. If I were to advertise my music, I guess that would be considered a "teaser" of some sort, even though nobody will see it on my little page, I just uploaded it for expressive purposes. It felt right for my profile, and I was hoping for people to misinterpret it to be personal. I do all my photo processing in a nifty little open-source freeware program called Paint.Net. I like it much better than Photoshop or Corel. (Although Photoshop is still necessary for certain features, I prefer the simpler interface of Paint.net) You should check it out. Oh, I see you also found the band Deathstars. I heard "The Rape" on Pandora and thought they were pretty badass. Like Rammstein infused with pre-shitty Manson. I'll get back to you later. PS. I'm doing okay, compared to how worse life can be... Nobody is REALLY okay... But I've got someone who makes it all worth it. I'm glad you're doing alright, man. I was reading our chat records from February last night, and couldn't stop laughing. We were quite the duo whenever I wasn't bullshitting you, or we were fighting... It's like... our friendship was on the verge of either ending, or getting a lot better... and unfortunately due to the circumstances at the time, and the place we were both in, we kind of moved on in opposite directions. Man... I still miss the good old days sometimes. I want to release Hellballs one day. I still have the latest version on my computer, so maybe we can finish it some time. All it really needs is more levels, and a intro/ending sequence. It's a really fun game, and I think we should do something with it, along with Spoil, and all the SFSP material that's been sitting in the pot all these years. We had some gold material, and I'd hate to see it go to waste. Looking forward to seeing you, man. Let me know when you're down and we'll set something up. Shit, man... I almost forgot. I haven't even submitted anything yet. Busy working my ass off and planning our wedding. I've been working on the album comfortably in my spare time, and I think I'm pleased with the results so far. Definitely more focused approach to music than my other projects. But I don't know what tracks would be appropriate or not for the compilation. I have a wide spectrum of sounds in my library, and any spare time I've had for music (average of 3 or 4 hours a week) has been focused on this albums theme. (very much monster-ish sound... You'd probably dig it) I don't have access to the Internet from my pc, so I'll probably have to use the college computers to upload my stuff. Aghh... Life is just so hectic... I get about 2 hours of sleep every night now, because I usually work at 6 and stay up late laying down tracks, since that's the only time I have to myself.
