Con una larga trayectoria sobre sus espaldas en diversas bandas (Los Primitivos, Mal Momento, etc) los miembros de Radio Texas demuestran con profesionalidad que tienen capacidad suficiente para demostrar que el autentico Rock and Roll aun esta vivo por estas tierras.
Desde principios de los 90s que esta banda esta batallando en la escena local y a traves de todos estos aos se han sabido ganar el credito de los rockers locales y el reconocimiento internacional ya que sus temas no solo han aparecido en recopilaciones internacionales, si no que tambien de sus filas han salido algunos musicos que luego fueron parte de la banda de Mack Stevens (una de las figuras de primera linea dentro de la escena rockabilly internacional). Ademas ya han participado en el 1er Festival Sudamericano de Rockabilly en Curitiba, Brasil y las ganas de tener a Radio Texas parece extenderse siendo inminente el desembarco de la banda en otros paises del continente.
Entre sus influencias se puede nombrar a Gene Vincent, el Rock'n'Roll Trio, Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, solo por nombrar algunos, pero en sus shows no se olvidan de homenajear a estos y a otros rockers mas desconocidos, de antes y de ahora!
Finalmente con la aparicion de Kool Sounds, un novel sello independiente dedicado a la edicion de bandas rockabillies, psychobillies y de country, es que alcanzan su esperado CD debut que lleva el mismo nombre de la banda y que muestra el enorme crecimiento que Radio Texas ha tenido a traves de estos aos.
