In the beginning it was just an hobby of two friends.
D.D. Noyze (vocals) and Charlie (Guitar) wrote their first songs when they was very young and they form their first band, just to play covers and some unreleased song. But they wanted to play their Rock and Roll and started a real hunter to find members with a big attitude first of all. It was in 2001 when they was searching another axeman that they meet Mr.M: he was a strange slim guy that loved play guitar and was searching for a band. The first (and only) audition was unbelievable, Mr.M was the right guy for this band: a talentous guitarist, with a little bluesy touch. Now The Dirtynova needed a rithmic section and they changed a lot of drummers and bass players, but oneday of April 2006 came Dylan with his giant drumkit while the band was jamming and he played songs that he never listened with a not human fury... he was the drummer that the band was searching. Now only missed a bass player and the band found The Prince one night of December 2006 between beers and cigarettes in a pub. The Prince said that he had a bass and he wanted to play. The next step was the audition and all was perfect. In the early days of 2007 were officially born The Dirtynova (in that days the band had another name). Soon they worked hard to produce new songs and in March 2007 they released their first five songs Demo Tape "License To Play Loud". They played in parties and little festivals with an only objective: Rock the world!
In October 2008 The Prince temporarily leave the band to move to Turin to study there.
For the next live gigs he will be substitute by Tilly a great bass player with a strong attitude first of all!
Dirtynova's music is a mix of aggressive hard rock sound plus a whisper of melody, a lot of emotions and a "hours and hours of hard work" to find the right feeling.
