Love reptiles, fishing, hunting and just hanging out. My husband and I run a business that has offically been liscenced for 3 years now.
Our business is called C & W's Reptile Rescue and Feed. We rehabilitate and adopt out furless animals of the Fairbanks and surrounding areas. We do reptile show/adoptions at Petco every last Saturday of the month from 1-3pm (minus months where the holiday falls on that weekend)
We have also done shows/education presentations at various locations- Pet Stuff, Noel Wein Library, Joy Elementary, and one of our snakes was in the Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre play 'Antony and Cleopatra'. If you would like us to do a show for you feel free to contact us.
The rescue and all our efforts are currently all out of pocket. We do this service out of the kindness of our hearts and for the love of these forgotten animals. We currently run this business out of our garage and some in our home. So there is an adoption fee.
If you have any questions on the rescue, or would like to adopt or help support you can contact myself (Tara) or Corey at 907-347-0691 or you can email us at reptilerescue@gci.net
Thanks for everyone's support.

Hello ~ thank you for being a friend of Moonwarriors. 800 dogs & cats are killed every hour in the US, often by inhumane methods such as gassing or heart sticking. This cruel disposal of homeless & stray animals is paid for by your taxes. Sponsors of petitions promoting no-kill alternatives have shown that it would be more cost effective & humane to fund spay-neuter programs, adoption schemes & sanctuaries.
"What is unconscionable, abominable and outrageous is that animals, healthy and well-behaved, are being killed because someone says there are too many. That is something we do not accept. That is something we find intolerable" - Richard Avanzino, President, San Francisco Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (1997)
