This permanent four-piece from the heart of Europe started off as a punk/hardcore band in 1997 and released their debut album "Stop When..." on the Vienna-based punk label Remedy Records, followed by first touring experiences. With "And Time Goes By", the second full-length in 2002, the band gained the opportunity to release on Householdname Records of London, leading to more touring highlighted by a really successful Anti Flag Europe Tour Support in 2003. As a pleasant result they got sensationally signed by the Anti Flag owned Label A-F Records from Pittsburgh, P.A., USA in 2004 and released their third full-length album “Free” which is still getting consistently terrific response, so it also was licensed in South America by Enemy One Records, Sao Paulo in 2006. Until this day, Red Lights Flash played more than 600 shows all over Europe, including prosperous tour supports for Rise Against, Alexisonfire, Anti Flag and Strike Anywhere as well as headlining tours in the UK, Spain, Portugal, Germany and Austria.

Hi guys, I got the album from Ste NoReason today! So happy to have finally received it :) The album is truly a masterpiece, with every song as good as another. The melodies and lyrics are so advanced as well compared to other bands out there today. It shows that time was well worth it to work on these songs. To see the progression from your other albums, which I own, is great and this new album is in a league of it's own. It's really unique the way you bring out the best of the chords, for example.
I'm waiting to hear back from the Rattlesnake shop to see if I can order a new t-shirt design from the album. Canada is not listed in options and it's in german language so it's tough to understand to make an order. Hope I can get this done.
today i got your new record. i still heard the songs on your myspace site. but the record impressed me more!! first of all the cover is one of the best i have ever seen. every song is a masterpiece!!
and my favourite song is still "divinty needs poverty". when i heard it the first time (on myspace some weeks ago) i fell in love with it. THIS message combined with the riff and the drums....just awesome!!
