...for when as children we learn and dream, we think but half-formed thoughts, and when as men we try to remember, we are dulled and prosaic with the poison of life. - H.P. Lovecraft

Wherefore do ye toil; is it not that ye may live and be happy? And if ye toil only that ye may toil more, when shall happiness find you? Ye toil to live, but is not life made of beauty and song? ... Toil without song is like a weary journey without an end. Were not death more pleasing?
-H.P. Lovecraft "The Quest of Iranon"
Who I'd like to meet: People that are alive: William Gibson (father of cyberpunk literature), John Congleton (front-man for the band "The Paperchase"), to name a few.
People that are dead: H.P. Lovecraft (if you don't know who he is, you're an idiot), William Tecumseh Sherman (Let's drink corn liquor and burn Atlanta!), Ralph Waldo Emerson, Chesty Puller (one of the greatest Marines to have ever lived), Smith Wigglesworth (one of the most powerful Pentecostal evangelists/preachers/apostles in recent history), Brian Pohanka (definitely the most interesting and knowledgeable Civil War historian I know of, just learned he passed away a year ago). Lots more, but the list can go on forever.
Just saw the newest Eisley video on their MySpace page. Here it is:
